Document view counts

We now sync and display document view counts, letting you quickly prioritize documents. Just sort by "Views" and get to verifying!

We have more plans for document metadata and analytics, but this is a valuable first step.

Edit a document's verifier

By default, we set the document author as the verifier. But you may want the verifier to be someone else who is an expert on the topic (e.g. a developer or product owner).

Now you can do that!

Add notes when verifying a document

When you verify a document, you can now add notes about any updates that were made during verification.

These notes are stored in the verification history so that your team will have context of any changes. It's like a mini changelog for your document!

Other improvements and fixes

• We added information about how a document's status changed for each policy check (older checks won't have this information)

• We fixed some issues with translation syncing with Intercom to ensure all translated article content is synced correctly

• We added favicons so your Docs Fresh browser tabs look pretty
