You can now view document content directly within Docs Fresh! This should speed up the "happy path" verification process (e.g. give a document a quick once-over and if it looks good, hit "Verify" and you're done).

We also updated the "Edit" button to open Intercom's editor directly, so that'll save you a click even when changes are needed.

Sync article translations

As part of syncing article content, we had to add support for translations. So we did.

If you have multiple languages enabled in your Intercom help center, you'll see them in the dropdown on each document.

Command palette

We shipped a simple (yet slick) command palette. Hit cmd + k and give it a whirl!

Other improvements and fixes

• We removed the "View →" button on the document page. It only worked for published articles, and now it's unnecessary because the content is right there.

• We tweaked the button text during setup of a Document Source to make it more clear that the buttons were for the upcoming steps

• We altered the document page layout (to accommodate showing the content) and will soon show document policy runs alongside the content
